Skanna Systems & Investigations Inc. is currently looking for a Full-time Security Guard in Acheson, Alberta.

Job Details

• Reception & Gatehouse security guard.
• Full-time.
• Must Drive (Have own Vehicle)
  
  

Shifts

• Mornings - 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
• Afternoons - 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
• Nights - 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
  
  

Duties And Responsibilities

• Use telecommunications (i.e. two-way radio, cell phone, telephone paging systems). Enforce regulations of establishments.
• Respond to alarms, bomb threats, and other emergencies.
• Visitor Access Control.
• Maintain order and follow and adhere to post orders.
• Follow radio and emergency telephone procedures.
• Monitor security cameras.
• Operate security control room equipment.
• Patrolling.
• Ensure safety and emergency procedures are followed.
• Detect or prevent thefts and vandalism.
• Report writing.
  
  

Qualifications, Required License, Or Certification

• Must possess a valid Ontario Security Guard License.
• CPR Level C Certified.
• Must have a valid Ontario Driver’s license and consistent access to a vehicle.
• Must be available to do rotational shift work: mornings, afternoons & weekends.
