This role will facilitate the development of multi-tenant mobile native (iOS and Android) and web products and/or platforms using the Microsoft tech stack hosted on Azure and built using microservices architecture design. The Scrum Master will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software while adhering to Agile principles.Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews
• Act as a servant-leader for the Scrum team, helping to remove any impediments to progress and promoting team self-organization
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation, and best practices within the team
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to define and prioritize user stories and acceptance criteria
• Work closely with the development team to ensure that project goals are met, and the team is following the .NET framework and full-stack development methodologies
• Monitor project progress, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
• Facilitate collaboration and communication between different teams and departments
• Support the team with implementation and adaptation of Scrum practices, providing coaching and training as needed
• Ensure that the project is in compliance with quality standards and the delivery timelines
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) required
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a technology environment focusing on mobile and web development
• Valuable experience working with the .NET framework and full-stack development
• Experience with Azure, microservices architecture, iOS, and Android development
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the ability to adapt to changing project needs
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proactive, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker, Kubernetes
• Experience with Agile development methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
• Experience with test-driven development (TDD) and automated testing frameworks
