We’re moving into the next chapter of our company’s evolution and are looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to help take our growth to the next level.

This is the perfect role for a new grad! As the Sales Ops Coordinator, you’ll provide administrative support to the business development and sales teams, enabling them to drive revenue through the pipeline. You will become the CRM expert and the go-to person for reporting, troubleshooting and database management. Additionally, you will work cross-functionally to conduct competitive analyses and develop sales enablement materials and training.

You’ll work in a flexible, autonomous environment that encourages employees to experiment, innovate and learn. What you’ll be doing:

  • Own the administration of our CRM, including data management, reporting and troubleshooting
  • Coordinate the reporting and tracking of our sales performance metrics
  • Act as the main point of contact for all questions related to sales tech stack
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop and implement materials and training to effectively enable our sales teams
  • Other projects as assigned

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • 1 year experience in a sales or marketing role (internship or co-op experience counts!)
  • Hands on experience with any CRM
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to take direction and deliver results
  • Interest in business and a desire to learn

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or another related field
  • Experience using Excel to analyze data
