Sales Representative

Full-time

The Opportunity

Reporting to the V.P. Sales & Operations, Account Managers are required to promote products and services provided byPride Group Enterprises, prospecting for new customers, developing relationships and growing an existing customer base.

Ideal Candidate will be required to primarily offer to small to medium sized business across all industries equipment financeand factoring . The individual contributor performs credit underwriting and monitoring . The candidate will be representative of the Company on day to day contact for clients by partnering up with internal product stakeholders. The candidate will be required to analyze moderate to complex financial statements , bank statements etc.

Job Overview:

  • Proactively develop leadsto drive sales growth for the company
  • Be the primary steward and supporter to grow customer business interest within the Pride Group business entities.
  • Leverage on the company’s core values and strengths to engage customers and build long-term relationships
  • Land a minimum of 5 new Clients/Accounts per month;
  • Act as the account manager for your new accounts and ensure their needs are being met and exceeded
  • Effectively and consistently document all required customer activity in company’s CRM software
  • Strategically identify new markets, lanes, sectors where there is an opportunity for the company to expand in
  • Work with the leadership team to develop a growth plan and identify future equipment, driver, IT and HR needs
  • Follow-up with customers after the purchase and handle customer post sale inquiries.
  • Understanding the needs of new and existing customers and matching them with the appropriate products and services.

Job Requirements and what you’ll need to succeed at PRIDE:

  • Preferred 3 years of experience in equipment finance and invoice factoring industry
  • Proven networking and client acquisition skills with the ability to foster and maintain internal and external relationships
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and requests and to be able to delegate work within a team environment to achieve goals
  • Success in closing Small/Mid/Large size clients/ accounts with strong focus on acquiring new business
  • Effective communication with management teams, customer service, and dispatch
  • Able to travel as needed based on business needs
  • Competency in the following areas: customer service, administrative skills, time management
  • Proficient with standard office software and computers.
  • Highly motivated individual and energetic self-starter.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Valid Driver’s license.
  • Criminal Record Check.
  • Drivers Abstract.
