Lead prospecting: 1 year (required)


About the Role:


We are seeking ambitious candidates who love to take on new challenges and connect with people. Sales Development Representative (SDR) positions are a great way to break into the Technology &Service industry. You will have a fundamental role in a fast-moving, fast-growing field:


  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the Gaming, Streaming, Media and Entertainment Industry
  • Driving ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
  • Identifying and generating sales opportunities through inbound and outbound calling and emailing, running presentations, and face-to-face (virtual) meetings.
  • Developing proposals and solution consulting as part of your day-to-day responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with needs-based selling techniques and excellent listening skills
HubSpot experience/ knowledge
Experience in advertising and/or media sales
Business level English skills
Highly disciplined, with excellent time management & organizational skills
Self-starter with a proven track record of over-achieving targets
Ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically


Deliverables


Responsible for outbound leads provided by Google marketing, closing deals at the appropriate budget agreed upon, and subsequently up-selling these if the potential is there
Understanding of the customer’s requirements and objectives, and match marketing strategies
Development of sales strategies aimed at optimizing the market potential and improving customer sales and profit margins
As a real sales “hunter”, you are proactive in calling companies in your portfolio and foreseeing their needs based on seasonality and trends
Effectively work cross-functionally with account optimization team
