About the Role:
As a member of our first-class sales force, the Sales Associate will play a key role in building strong relationships with our clients, reaffirming Bosa’s commitment to building customers for life, and achieving and exceeding company sales targets. With Bosa’s strong pipeline of developments coming up, the Sales Associate will have opportunities to work on a variety of developments including luxury high-rise, wood-frame town homes and master planned projects. You will:
  • Execute on sales strategy by delivering a unique and unforgettable customer experience from the moment of the first point of contact with our clients;
  • Walk clients through every point of the process, from cultivating a database of registrants, to communicating and meeting with prospects and leads regularly, to guiding them through floorplans, amenities and suite finishes, to officially closing new home sales;
  • Work in partnership with our marketing team to ensure enough marketing and sales collateral is available at our sales centre and displayed accordingly;
  • Participate actively in company and department meetings by providing insight into successes, challenges, and learning opportunities;
  • Stay up to date with changes and trends in the real estate market and active/past projects.
What you Bring:
The ideal candidate has proven time-management skills, excellent attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure. You have a history of developing strong, long-term relationships built on trust with your customer base. You eager to represent the Bosa brand at our sales galleries and you are motivated by the opportunity to deliver a first-class home to our clients.

Our Must Haves
  • At least 3 years of sales experience;
  • Must be able to work weekends and statutory holidays;
  • Ability to articulate ideas, handle objections and communicate effectively with buyers over the phone and in-person
  • Ability and willingness to learn new tools, systems and technologies; Experience in Salesforce or similar Customer Relations Management program is preferred, but not required;
  • Ability to speak multiple languages (Mandarin, Cantonese, Farsi, Punjabi, Hindi, etc) will be considered an asset;
  • Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation will be preferred;
  • Ability to produce results independently while maintaining a positive team environment.
