Kan Medical Spa is a multidisciplinary clinic under the care of Medical Director Plastic Surgeon, Dr.Hu. As we are rapidly growing our locations, we are looking to add a few sales to the Waterloo & North York location.

About the Role

This role will report directly to the Clinic Manager.

As the Sales Administrator,you will:

Sales part:

• Inform customers of current promotions and events.

• Responsible for online communication with clients actively via Wechat, Whatsapp, Facebook.

• Recommend additional and complementary products.

• Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our active promotions.

• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.

• Coordinate promotions with marketing teams to ensure delivery of exceptional offers to clients periodically.

• Promote clinic service, product, and various clerical duties as requested by the clinic manager.

• Continuing learning new knowledge to deliver professional and precise advice to clients.

• Demonstrate Kan Beauty Culture Values.

Admin part:

• Manage daily appointments.

• Keep manual records for each client.

• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Answer service inquiries and customer service on the telephone, online and in clinic for all clients, and visitors

• Checking clients in and out, billing, knowledgeable of all clinic services, retail products, scheduling visits

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cosmetics industry is preferred; open to candidates with sales experience in the makeup, customer service and retail industries

• Health and safety orientated with a passion for cosmetics

• Detail-orientated, organized and accurate

• Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities; positive attitude and able to motivate a team

• Physically fit with strong manual dexterity; comfortable standing, bending, walking and additional requires

• Must be flexible to work all shifts including days, evenings and weekends.

• Willing to relocate to other Kan locations as required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $15.00-$25.00 per hour
