All Weather Windows Commercial, a division of All Weather Windows, provides the supply and installation of residential PVC windows and doors for single family dwellings and multi-unit residential apartment projects. The Residential Installation Lead under the direction of the Field Superintendent is primarily responsible is primarily responsible to make installation calls in the greater Edmonton area for window and doors as well as completing paperwork in customers’ location on All Weather Windows products. The Residential Installation Lead must have a strong dedication to health and safety in the workplace, ensuring all their duties are in accordance with All Weather Window’s policies and procedures.

Responsibilities will include:

• Review site conditions and products
• Plan daily work for the installation team
• Conduct installation and direct other team members
• Mentor and coach other team members
• Ensure install scope is complete and quality standards have been met
• Finalize paperwork and demobilize site

Primary Qualifications Required:

• PVC Window and Residential Door Renovation experience (minimum 3 years)
• Previous experience leading teams would be considered an asset
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License, clean abstract
• Comfortable driving heavy-duty pickup while towing enclosed trailer
• Must pass pre-employment Drug & Alcohol Testing, as well as physical testing
• Must be able to perform heavy lifting (50-70 lbs.)
