We are currently seeking a two-person Resident Manager team to live and work at one of our properties. This position would require you to live on-site and work four weekdays each week, every second weekend and on-call some evenings.

This position would require you to work with a partner and share a two-bedroom apartment.

Key Responsibilities of Resident Managers
  • Ensuring rents are collected on a timely basis
  • Overseeing Contractors
  • Minor maintenance repairs
  • Preparing apartments for new residents
  • Providing exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents
  • Leasing suites
  • Cleaning common areas of property (hallways, stairs, elevators)

Requirements of Resident Managers
  • Background in residential property management or related business experience
  • 2 Years experience as a manager
  • Customer service and selling skills
  • Maintenance skills
  • Administration experience
  • Ability to perform in a team environment
  • Cleaning experience
  • Ability to work some evening and weekends.
