Protective measures for COVID-19

Who we need

Right now, we are adding an Navision/ERP Technical Analyst to our IT team in Toronto. We need someone to manage and optimize the user experience for our MS Dynamics NAV system, from special projects, to overall function performance in business processes and report development. This is an exciting opportunity to gain insights and apply them across our company, working with internal partners and our development partners. We are looking for an ERP Analyst who wants to share their technical knowledge and enrich the lives of the clients we work with.

Who you are

You are an Navision/ERP Technical Analyst with MS Dynamics NAV experience. You want to join a company with a deeper purpose, a place where you can grow your career. You are a person who enjoys drilling down to the root cause of a problem and determining the best solution. You want to be part of new projects, including simplifying the Field Service process, optimizing the system’s performance, and improving the user experience.

What you will do

• Support and maintain the organization’s NAV ERP (Navision) system. You will:
• Aid in implementing a new service module.
• Aid in maintaining integrations for Shopify.
• Perform technical support for processes and activities for the implementation of new or existing application
• Database cleaning.
• Troubleshoot ERP errors and identify paths for improvement.
• Manage user and data tickets to resolution.
• Be proficient in Jet Reports.
• Develop materials and provide training to users on NAV functionality.
• Coordinate with internal teams to identify improvements.
• Implementing solutions to create more efficient processes.

What you bring

• Education. You have a diploma or degree in IT or Business Administration.
• Experience. You have 2+ years of experience with MS Dynamics NAV with a strong understanding of finance and warehouse modules. Ideally, you have knowledge of:
• SQL Server.
• Jet Reports.
• An IT Helpdesk/ Systems Analyst responsibilities.
• Analytical skills. An avid troubleshooter, you are innovative and efficient in your approach to solving problems.
• Communication skills. You are well spoken, can create documentation, and you can navigate any situation in a friendly, professional, and empathetic manner.
