Real Estate Videographer (must-know Chinese)

Our top Real Estate agency is currently looking for our next great creative Videographer & Content Creator! The ideal candidate will work independently videoing and editing the homes of our seller clients as well as creating different video content, such as our signature home tours, in CHINESE.

This position is compensated per video or by salary (TBD). Flexible schedules are necessary and daytime shoots are typical. Some twilight hours, Saturday, and Sunday shoots may be necessary.

$18 - $22 hourly

• Edit and manipulate videos to produce high quality results
• Plan for multiple shoots per day/week and be available in order to serve our clients
• Help real estate agents stage the home during the shoot to ensure eye pleasing results
• Produce and edit virtual tour videos of many properties to post on various social media and websites
• Videograph homes listed for sale ensuring properties look their best and sell fast
• Provide assistance in website and social media marketing to ensure properties and agency are presented in a professional and enticing manner

• Repurpose our video content in Chinese

• Experience in real estate videography preferred but not required
• Must possess excellent computer skills and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite
• Able to handle multiple projects and deadlines
• Have a comprehensive knowledge of photography, lenses, lighting and video equipment
• Comfortable working with many different kinds of people and has the ability to make adjustments and act on feedback on projects

• Experience with Final Cut PRO is preferred but not a MUST
