A growing real estate company seeks an office secretary/receptionist who will work with a team of peers to provide support for the branch’s management, agents and clients. This person will be responsible for ensuring the efficient functioning of front desk and office operations, including all, or some, of the following duties and responsibilities.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- reception duties: answer telephones, confirm appointments, greet clients/walk-ins, input messages using Quick Office Commander/Wolf Connect/Schedulock (internal paging system)
- Broker Load: input MLS listings, upload photos, scan documents, process new listing documents (price changes, extensions, etc.), enter listing information and appointment instructions into Quick Office Commander (QOC) or Wolf Connect/Schedulock
- offers: prepare offers, amendments, waivers and other related forms/documents (Easy Offer)
- agent activities: book open houses, prepare feature sheets, photocopy and file listings and legal documents
- assist with duties such as typing draft letters and other documents
- prepare weekly and monthly end reports
- maintain office supplies, including photocopier and related supplies
- perform other office duties, as assigned or requested

Qualifications:
- minimum high school education, with a preference to related college level courses/diploma
- minimum one year of working experience in office administration and/or real estate administration
- working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- excellent organizational and time management skills
- motivated self-starter who can efficiently work with minimal supervision
- multitasker who can quickly learn, organize and manage a variety of responsibilities in an office environment
- strong communication and customer service skills, including a pleasant and professional telephone manner
- excellent command of spoken and written English

Additional Assets:
- experience using WEBForms
- experience using Quick Office Commander or Wolf Connect
- ability to communicate in Hindi/Urdu and/or Punjabi
- marketing and social media management skills

Job Types: full-time and part-time
Please note that only candidates with real estate experience will be considered.

Locations: Mississauga & Brampton offices
Compensation: hourly - varies with experience

Salary: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
