POSITION DESCRIPTION:

In order to support its strong growth, the Finance team based in Brossard is currently looking for a property accountant. Reporting to the controller, the accountant will be called upon to work in a dynamic team. Among his main duties, the accountant will collect financial information from the various partners and review the financial performance of the various properties managed by the management company. The incumbent must be an organized individual with proven ability to multi-task, problem-solve and prioritize workloads, all independently. He will have to analyze several files simultaneously with always the same quality of interpretation and rendering, while respecting tight deadlines.

  • Analyze monthly variances in capital, operating and cash budgets

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • University degree in accounting an asset or administrative technician with relevant experience
  • Relevant experience of 1 to 3 years
  • Professional French
  • Functional English
  • Mastery of the office suite, in particular Excel
  • Property management experience an asset
