PUSH POTENTIAL

District Ventures Plus is looking for a Project Manager to help build our Partner’s brands. We want someone with integrity, attention to detail, and more than anything else, an entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving. As a member of District Venture’s marketing team, you will contribute by keeping track of projects, helping allocate resources, tracking financial status and assisting the marketing team stay on-course.

Responsibilities include:

You will be accountable and responsible for supporting the marketing team in:

• Reconciling capital and operational budgets

• Resource co-ordination and allocation

• Projects and portfolio status reporting

• Measuring project key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Creating dashboards and project templates

• Financial forecasting and reporting

• Organizing project artefacts

In addition, the Project Manager will assist Brand Managers in project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closure activities.

Required skills and experience:

We are looking for applicants with strong skills and enthusiasm, and a desire to learn, grow and add value to our team.

• A high aptitude to learn all aspects of project coordination Excellent communications and listening skills

• Superior writing skills, with high attention to detail

• A collaborative and engaging demeanour, with a willingness to share ideas, assist others and accept feedback from agency leaders and clients

• A knack for success and multi-tasking in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment

• Completion of a post-secondary arts, business, marketing, or communications-related degree

• CPG experience is considered an asset
