The CRM Project Manager is responsible for the management and delivery of projects planned to achieve the corporate architecture target for CRM and marketing tools. He/she also participates, with the internal solutions manager, in adding projects to the roadmap according to the company’s acquisitions in order to align the technologies. He is the main point of contact between internal customers, partners and internal and external implementation teams. He/she must maintain an excellent relationship with the clients and ensure their increased and professional availability for all stages of a mandate.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure delivery of projects within budget and schedule and according to requirements agreed upon with the internal customer;
  • Leads the establishment of reusable project structure(s) by type of implementation and migration;
  • Monitor the migration and implementation schedule and prepare upstream projects;
  • Identify the dependencies between the different projects on the roadmap;
  • Ensure a good relationship between internal teams;
  • Control the planned timelines and budgets;
  • Manage change requests, corrections and outstanding project items;
  • Analyze, mitigate and track project risks;
  • Ensure the quality of project deliverables;
  • Coordinate the client approval process for each project delivery.
Team Management
  • Plan and ensure, with the help of the deployment teams, the follow-up of the work items of each iteration in an agile mode (Scrum);
  • Ensure the rigorous application of the quality standards and configuration management processes of the company;
  • Ensure the application of other processes and methodological elements of the company.
Quality Management
  • Evaluate and validate the delivery processes in place;
  • Validate customer business needs and user requirements specification according to the company’s iterative methodology;
  • Validate the strategies and coordinate the corresponding test plans;
  • Ensure the follow-up of the execution of the defined tests;
  • Coordinate the functional and technical validation of developed solutions.
Desired Profile
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies;
  • Good understanding of financial aspects;
  • High-level knowledge of CRM and marketing tools;
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills;
  • Focused on results and customer satisfaction;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently;
  • Bilingual (French and English);
  • Organized, able to take initiative and a team player.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing large and/or critical projects;
  • Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams;
  • Scrum Master or Agile certification, an asset;
  • PMP certification and/or MGP or MBA degree, an asset.
