Key Responsibilities

• Manually stacks finished case goods neatly on a pallet by pattern
• Works closely with Production Manager/Supervisor and the rest of the production team to meet the production plans and timelines
• Labels all finished pallets, and fills out the appropriate documentation
• Re-works packaging for custom orders
• Operates machinery and equipment
• Provides quality control checks and identifies any damaged goods
• Assists in the cleaning of the production area after each product run

The Successful Candidate Will Have:

• Previous experience working in a similar role
• Food and Beverage industry experience is considered an asset
• Ability to work a flexible rotating schedule including nights and weekend hours
• Unparalleled communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail, and an ability to work well both independently and as part a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high demand for production
• Ability to lift 50lbs or more unassisted
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
