Order Processor/Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service and support to the Customer Service team.

- Responsible for processing daily orders from various sales streams including Amazon, Walmart

- Input orders and process with accuracy into ERP system and expedite deliveries when necessary.

- Create shipping labels for each shipment via various shipping software and deliver to Logistics team.

- Create customs documents for international shipments

- Load tracking information into various sales platforms once shipments have been processed.

- Co-ordinate with Logistics team to ensure orders are shipped on time.

- Respond to customer enquiries via email & phone.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $38,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
