Responsibilities

• Leveraging all aspects of networking technology, responsible for the architecture and design of MNP’s network
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Network team
• Maintain the company network and communications infrastructure firm wide, including Wide Area Networks, Local Area Networks, VOIP and ISP communications
• Collaborate with the Cyber Security team to ensure the network is configured to adhere to best practices for security and performance

Skills and Experience

• Expert level knowledge of the following:
  • Architecture and Design of Enterprise networking including Datacenter and Azure Cloud Networking
  • Next Gen Firewalls
  • SD WAN
  • Wireless Networks
  • VPN Technologies
  • Identity and Access Management Solutions
• Strong understanding of security best practices and foundational network concepts
• Excellent knowledge of VOIP solutions
• Demonstrated experience leading and mentor a team of network professionals
• Ability to communicate in both French and English is considered an asset
