Our client is a global leader in providing technology solutions to the natural gas industry. They are looking for Mechanical Assemblers.

Pay: $18.00 per hour+ shift premium.

Shift:Days with Flexibility for Afternoons

Key Job Duties

Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes and procedures

Follow detailed badging instructions, processes and procedures

Assemble covers

Use hand and air tools, safely and as prescribed

Follow quality control practices

Wear personal safety equipment as required

Maintain 5S practices

Record keeping as directed by Supervisor

Housekeeping as required

All other duties as assigned by the Paint/Pressure Body and Meter Service Supervisor

Skills

Must be mechanically inclined; enjoys fixing things; background in assembly and repairs

Must be able to use various inspection hand and air tools

Strong problem-solving skills

Must be a self-starter and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Possess excellent organizational and analytical skills

Must be computer literate - Microsoft applications, Exposure to MRP would be an asset

This role is temporary to permanent...leads to full-time!
