Marketing Coordinator

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Advertising

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans that support Boardwalks’ Ontario portfolio
  • Work closely with the Digital Team to create and execute marketing and advertising initiatives and campaigns in a timely manner, within budget
  • Accountable for all advertising, email marketing, social strategy and lease-ups efforts for ON development projects
  • Review and report on effectiveness and performance of marketing initiatives and campaigns
  • Support operational staff by providing marketing expertise, recommendations and updating regularly on marketing progress
  • Process all orders and payments for regional marketing collateral and advertising
  • Management of all digital assets including photos, floor plans, 3D tours, and virtual staging
  • Travel to various Ontario site locations required

Signage

  • Accountable for brand presence, signage and implementation in region
  • Manage the sign process, including vendor quotes, install and completion for all interior, exterior, building signs and site signage
  • Work directly with the Capital Design Team on 2022 signage plans for renovated properties
  • Responsible for sign audits and quality control of brand at the sites

Development

  • Working closely with the marketing manager, you will support all efforts for new building developments, purchases and sales
  • Create and manage detailed workback schedules to ensure all marketing items are done on time
  • Source, quote and implement media purchases in a thoughtful manner
  • Provide monthly reporting on marketing effectiveness to all stakeholders
  • Work directly with external project partners and internal Capital Design Team to ensure strategy and graphics are approved
  • Create detailed marketing budgets and strategies for the launch and maintenance of new developments
  • Responsible for sign audits and quality control of brand at the sites
  • Coordinate and manage the creation of all digital assets including photos, floor plans, 3D tours, and virtual staging
  • Work closely with the internal digital team to quote and implement microsites and digital advertising for all new developments

Events, Social & Sponsorship

  • Lead, manage, and attend all Resident events and sponsorships
  • Assist in the creation of social media content
  • Monitor, manage and report on budgets
  • Achieve organizational goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Post-secondary education in Marketing
  • Previous experience with marketing, communications and social media
  • Previous experience in real estate industry
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Graphic design knowledge or experience an asset
  • Excellent creative writing and editing skills
  • Creative thinker, strategist and problem solver
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong research, project management, and analytical skills
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player
  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle

Contract length: 12 months

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
