Position Overview

Elantis is looking for a passionate and driven Marketing and Business Development Specialist to join our team. You’ll work closely with our sales team to develop winning proposals and other sales collateral to expand Elantis’ customer base. This role is also responsible for managing Elantis’ digital presence, including building brand awareness, online lead generation and social media following.

The ideal candidate is proactive, results-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

Proposal Management

  • Managing the full proposal development lifecycle, including:
  • Evaluating requests for proposal (RFPs).
  • Strategizing win themes and create solutions to meet client needs.
  • Shape sales messaging to win new business.
  • Translate technical specifications from Solution Architects into business language.
  • Coordinating proposal writing efforts with architects, project managers, and account managers.
  • Contributing to and editing content.
  • Managing client deadlines.
  • Facilitating internal reviews and approvals.
  • Tracking proposal metrics.
  • Managing the library of proposal content.

Marketing

  • Increasing social media presence and engagement.
  • Reviewing and acting on marketing analytics.
  • Contributing to sales and marketing strategy.
  • Developing presentations, case studies, flyers, and other marketing collateral.
  • Writing and managing web content.
  • Developing social media content and managing an editorial calendar.
  • Strategizing and drafting content for lead generation campaigns.
  • Coordinating and attending events such as trade shows and conferences.

Additional Responsibilities May Include:

  • Proof reading and editing client deliverables.
  • Providing support to the sales team as needed.
  • Actively supporting Elantis culture.

Skills

To be successful, you should have:

  • Excellent grammar and writing skills.
  • Experience in proposal development.
  • Understanding of lead generation, sales, and marketing strategies.
  • Experience in copy writing.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Knowledge of social media strategy, SEO, and WordPress.
  • A degree in marketing, communications, or a similar field.
