Job description:

The Manager, Trusted Advisor Enablement is accountable for leading a team of Trusted Advisor Consultants/ Sales Coaches that work closely with our Allstate Sales Representatives (Agencies and Contact Centre) to improve consumer proposition techniques, anchor relationships with customers, closing style, and adoption of best practices to enhance the distribution of Allstate’s product offerings while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Accountabilities:

  • Creating a culture of being trusted advisor advocates, developing consultants/sales coaches into subject matter experts of consumer’s needs in relation to policies, understanding consumer needs, prevention, and protection
  • Developing annual targets and monthly report to evaluate consultant impact and success
  • Developing and anchoring relationships with Agency Managers, Inside Sales Managers, e-commerce team, and Customer Loyalty managers to understand latest trends and business needs to adjust sales process in line with consumer demands
  • Reviewing process from Allstate US – our parent company to incorporate their best practices and learnings into our agencies proposition
  • Working closely with Operational Readiness and HR Learning and Development teams as a subject matter expert in the creation of training material for the agent’s sales processes
  • Creating material to support consultants on their interactions with sales representatives
  • In consultation with Manager Best Practices and Customer Centricity Manager, review AIA performance standards, and propose adjustments to support the success of ACG’s full product & service suite

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary graduate and/or relevant work experience
  • 3+ years of Management Experience of a Sales Team
  • Experience presenting and communicating with senior leaders and be able to convey information in a clear and succinct way
  • Knowledge about coaching for sales

Bonus qualification:

  • French Language is an asset
  • Coaching certification is an asset
