ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be available to respond to emergencies
• Clear snow or salt exterior entrances
• Make minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.)
• Make service calls
• Perform minor repairs in apartments and common areas
• Remove snow and ice from sidewalks

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge of minor apartment repairs
• Certificate of qualification, competence
