Nous recherchons un Magasinier pour notre site de Montréal suite à l’augmentation de notre activité.

En qualité de Magasinier, vous serez rattaché au département du Magasin, et vous reporterez aux Responsables du département ainsi qu’au Directeur d’Unité.

Fonction Principale

Vous avez en charge la réception, le contrôle, le stockage, et la mise à disposition des matières premières alimentaires et non alimentaires aux différents départements.

Rattachement Hiérarchique

Vous êtes rattaché au département entrepôt, et vous reportez aux différents responsables en respectant le niveau hiérarchique

Missions

• Réceptionner et contrôler les marchandises
• Relever les températures des produits à la livraison
• Compléter les documents de traçabilité
• Décartonner et stocker les produits dans les différentes zones de stockage en respectant la règle de rotation FIFO
• Effectuer les sorties matières en respectant les bonnes pratiques d’hygiène et de fabrication
• Ranger et nettoyer les différentes zones de stockage
• Filmer et étiqueter tout produit entamé
• Contrôler quotidiennement les stocks (quantité, rupture, DLC, aspect visuel des produits, protection des produits…)
• Relever les températures des différentes chambres froides (positives et négatives)
• Communiquer à la hiérarchie les anomalies (DLC, ruptures, erreur livraison…)
• Participer aux inventaires
• Effectuer le nettoyage, lavage et assainissement des locaux et équipements à la fin de chaque quart de travail
• Vider les poubelles (cartons, produits alimentaires non comestibles et autres déchets)

  We are looking for a Warehouseman for our Montreal site due to an increase in our activity.
  
  As a Storekeeper, you will be attached to the Store Department, and you will report to the Department Managers as well as to the Unit Manager.
  
  WE ARE LOOKING EXCLUSIVELY FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE ALREADY PRESENT IN CANADA
  
  Main Function
  
  You will be in charge of receiving, controlling, storing, and making available food and non-food raw materials to the various departments.
  
  Hierarchical Reporting
  
  You are attached to the warehouse department, and you report to the different managers while respecting the hierarchical level
  
  Missions
  
  • Receive and control the goods
  • Check the temperature of the products upon delivery
  • Complete the traceability documents
  • Remove and store the products in the different storage areas in accordance with the FIFO rotation rule
  • To carry out the material exits by respecting the good practices of hygiene and manufacture
  • Tidy and clean the different storage areas
  • Film and label all opened products
  • Check stocks daily (quantity, shortage, time limit, visual aspect of the products, protection of the products...)
  • Read the temperatures of the different cold rooms (positive and negative)
  • Communicate to the hierarchy the anomalies (DLC, shortages, delivery error...)
  • Participate in inventories
  • Clean, wash and sanitize the premises and equipment at the end of each shift
  • Empty waste garbage cans (cartons, non-edible food products and other waste)
