TreeHouse Foods – St. Louis is currently looking for: Machine Operator – 2nd & 3rd Shift $19.30/hour with $0.20/$0.30 Shift Differential Medical/Dental/Vision/401K WORK RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE ANY OF THE FOLLOWING OPERATIONS: To start up machines at the beginning of shift. Including FMC, Strippers and Accumulators To fill machine with required materials. To set scales to proper weight and product. To keep necessary records as to storage status, downtime, type of breakdown, packages used, number of employees on machine and maintenance to be performed. To keep machines clean and area clean and orderly. To make minor adjustments on machines To keep the Warehouse informed as to products, packages, and shippers needed. To check and document quality of product, packages and shippers. To see that production standards are met. To insure that the machines are kept operating as reasonably as possible. To deliver/pack product as required. To set up code dater and be certain cases and packages are coded correctly. To change over equipment as required. Monitoring and reporting product quality: (a) moisture (b) color (c) appearance (d) size (e) uniformity (f) foreign matter.
