We are currently seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join our team based in our Charlottetown, PEIoffice.

Type of Position: Full-Time, Permanent

The Opportunity:

Our Litigation Paralegals play an integral role in providing a broad range of litigation paralegal services to the Advocacy Group.

The successful candidate will assist in all aspects of preparation for court and tribunal appearances, including organizing and preparing file materials and case management activities, drafting pleadings, applications, affidavits, & other documents/form, and assisting with discovery preparations.

Additional key responsibilities include managing medical chronologies, arranging for surveillance requests and skip traces, performing collections, and other duties as required.

If you are a Paralegal or Administrative professional with relevant experience and/or education, with excellent computer, organizational, communication and problem-solving skills, we want to hear from you!
