We are a community based real estate team located in Markham. We’ve served Toronto, York Region, Durham Region for over 33 years.

We are seeking to hire a highly organized and outgoing individual who is passionate about real estate, committed to excellence, keen to learn from experienced brokers and wants to grow into a full time sales role with our dynamic team of professionals.

This position will assist our owners/real estate brokers with administrative and sales tasks from beginning to end. Daily tasks may include preparing documents, scheduling appointments, detailing home features, creative writing, attending showings, deliveries, and client care.

This is a great opportunity to work directly with and learn from top, award-winning brokers in the real estate industry and have a lot of fun while doing it. We will provide coaching and mentorship in real estate sales so you can grow with us.

Driver’s license and reliable vehicle is required

Real estate licence with at least one-year real estate experience is a must

Excellent English communication and writing skills are a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $24.00-$30.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• On call
• Overtime
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay
• Overtime pay

• Markham, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
