You as a Labour Relations Manager - Facilities Services will:

• Mediate discussions between employer and employee Union representatives in an attempt to reconcile differences as it relates to Labour Relations
• Propose resolutions for collective bargaining or other labour contract negotiations
• Coach site Supervisors on how to manage unionized employees in accordance with the CBA and Management Rights
• Investigate and evaluate union complaints or arguments to determine viability
• Present the position of the company during arbitration or other labour negotiations
• Advise management on matters related to the administration of collective agreements

Is this the right role for you?

• 
  3+ years’ labour relations experience supporting in a unionized working environment
• Exceptional communication, influencing, creative thinking and relationship building skills
• University degree, preferably in Industrial Relations, Law, Business Administration or a similar relevant field
• You are able to travel between hospital sites and be available to be on site (Oakville and Brampton) and are open to a hybrid work environment
