Responsibilities

• Track progress and productivity against control budgets
• Set up, maintain, and update cost and financial systems for assigned projects
• Create, update, monitor earned progress curves
• Actively manages the cost forecast for the assigned area of responsibility, raise and facilitate the trend process, updates forecast and cost flow
• Communicates with project team to receive regular updates
• Reviewing and validating data with discipline leads for cost reporting data, incurred cost, earned value and forecast
• Managing commitments
• Supporting the MOC process by raising trends and assisting with change orders
• Preparing or providing input to decision summaries, when required
• Responding to ad hoc requests and inquiries, as required
  

What You Will Bring

Technical and Industry Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Controls
• Working knowledge of EcoSys a plus
• Proven team player with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and to develop and maintain collaborative working relationships
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Innovative individual with a pro-active, analytical approach to problem identification and resolution
  

Required

Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business or related fields
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
