JOB POSITION

Accounts Payable

Job Description

• Coordinating inventory purchase orders and related purchase invoices with Supply Chain
• Administering non-inventory purchase orders and invoices with department leads
• Communicating new administering and payment processes with vendors
• Collaborating with the Accounting team to generate Month End reporting
• Working with sales team to generate sales forecasting
• Communicating departmental budgets with respective leads
• Preparing projections, budgets, and other financial projects with my assistance
  

Skills Required

• Good communicator
• Accounting diploma or degree
• Familiarity with accounting software
• Desire for managerial accounting is preferred, but not necessary
• Comfortable with cloud-based programs
• Willingness to learn and explore new software
  

Salary: $17.00 to $18.00 /hour
