Graham is seeking a Job Cost Administrator to join our CNRL Albian team on site in Fort McMurray, Alberta. This is a temporary full-time position on a 5/2 schedule.


The Job Cost Administrator provides routine transactional reporting for the following processes on a global basis including: Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Hire to Retire (i.e., Payroll), Fixed Asset Reporting and Management


Responsibilities:

  • Runs nightly revenue process.
  • Resolves problems using advanced techniques and procedures.
  • May be responsible for leading a departmental process as assigned by management.
  • Prepares reports on department’s service levels.
  • Acts as the back-up to Timekeeping Manager.
  • Under minimal supervision, performs comprehensive duties that require extensive and diversified experience and ability to make independent decisions.
  • Refers to supervisor for tasks that are out of the ordinary or more complex.


Minimum Requirements

  • High School and 2 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education


COVID Requirements:

This is a fly-in/fly-out position and as such will be subject to the Government of Canada’s mandatory COVID-19 vaccination requirements:

Effective October 30, 2021 travelers departing from Canadian airports, and travelers on VIA Rail and Rocky Mountaineer trains, will be required to be fully vaccinated to travel.
This position is located at a client site with a mandatory vaccination policy. All workers must be Fully Vaccinated (2 shots + 14 days) – Proof of vaccination and a rapid test done within 48 hours of travel (if you have been off CNRL site for more than 30 days)
