Are you passionate about jewellery and ready to join a well-established, family-owned jewelry store with over 40 years of tradition?

If you possess an understanding of jewellery and have retail experience, we invite you to apply for our Jewellery Associate positions.

We have full-time and part-time available and are particularly interested in candidates looking for a long-term position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with their jewelry selections, providing exceptional service and guidance.
• Write up jewellery repairs, including resizing, stone replacement and much more.
• Maintain an organized and appealing display of jewelry items.
• Educate customers about the craftsmanship, quality, and unique features of our jewellery pieces.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and courteously.
• Collaborate with the team and maintain store cleanliness.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in jewellery repair write ups.
• Previous retail experience, preferably in a jewellery store.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A friendly and approachable demeanour.
• Ability to work well within a close-knit team.
• A passion for fine jewellery and a keen eye for detail.
• Customer-oriented attitude with a dedication to providing an exceptional shopping experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Sales experience and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
