We are currently seeking a Java Developer to join our team in Halifax, Nova Scotia (CA-NS), Canada (CA). You must be currently living in Halifax, NS or be willing to relocate there.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of Java/JEE-Application Development-Core Java
• Excellent knowledge on building enterprise applications (Full-stack development across distributed applications and services using Java/J2EE, Spring, Spring-boot, RESTful services, Angular and have deep knowledge of middleware Java stack, messaging technologies, containerization, web containers, and test automation)
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, GIT, Agile methodology
• Familiarity micro services, Openshift, EF pipeline, mule api
• Good knowledge on Database, UI/UX design, CSS, HTML5, Javascript, Angular
• Good knowledge on Agile methodology, scrum/sprint planning, requirements gathering and providing feasible technical solutions
• Working experience on servers Tomcat, Weblogic, Openshift, docker images
• Good knowledge on design patterns and implementation
• Must have experience on debugging, problem solving, code review.
