Who are we looking for?


  • Individuals that thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Highly motivated individuals that are eager to learn and earn incentives and bonuses
  • Secondary school education or equivalent
  • Above the age of 18
  • Fluent in English and has excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Tech savvy and has an aptitude for learning about new technology and processes to bring value to the ContactPoint 360 team
  • Decision-making skills and ability to troubleshoot issues with customers
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Has a high level of grit to overcome challenges and obstacles with the team
  • Is a strong team-player, bringing in a high level of enthusiasm and energy
  • Spanish speaking and reading skills is a plus
  • Up for a full time shifting schedule in between 6AM to 10PM EST Mondays to Sundays, 5 days on, 2 days off

**Please Note** This job requires you to use your own device (laptop, desktop computer preferably Windows10) with a second monitor. You will also need to purchase a sound-blocking headset from our approved list before going live. A strong internet connectivity with a hardwire cable connection from your modem to your device
