We are looking for a Human Resources Assistant to join our HR team! If you are looking to build a foundation for a successful career in HR and Recruitment, then we would like to meet you!

Compensation: $16.00 to $17.00 hourly

Job Type: Full-time

Job Location: Mississauga

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and address those needs/requirements appropriately.
• Assist workers in completing all steps of the registration process.
• Screen new workers as they go through the onboarding process. Request revised credentials if necessary or assist worker and update on their behalf.
• Make daily outbound calls, emails, SMS to workers registered who have incomplete profiles or missing critical information like incomplete tests.
• Book and conduct verification interview with new workers. Web call, phone call or face to face.
• Responsible for day-to-day administrative duties within the HR department.
• Ensure worker files are up to date. License, Resume, F/L license etc.
• Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with employees and team members to promote quality member service.
  

Qualifications

• A strong work ethic and sense of commitment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interest in human resources.
• Significant skill using Microsoft Excel.
• Must possess the ability to demonstrate grace under pressure.
• High level of energy for a fast-paced working environment.
• Attention to detail.
• Self-starting mentality, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
