• Description:* Analyze and plan for labor variations, either surplus or unionized labor needs, including the analysis of each employee file as well as the creation of letters to be submitted and send change requests to the data entry team. Analyze requisitions for external/internal positions. Track all recruitment steps and communicate status between the different partners (external and internal). Create, send and receive all offer letters for unionized hires. Send change requests to the data entry team and communicate status between the different partners. Plan and manage transfer request periods, analyze and compile requests. Execute the transfer process. Create, analyze and send various reports to HR and unions on a monthly basis. Make necessary adjustments and corrections (e.g. seniority calculations), process all changes for employees changing benefits status. Execute all salary increases and employment changes (insurance/benefit status) on a weekly basis Support HRBP, supervisors, CSE team and union reps with all questions/requests related to new hires, PIP, vacation, seniority, shift changes, progression tracking, salary re-evaluations, investigations, grievances, time reports, etc. *Additional Skills & Qualifications:* Bilingual (French and English Excel Proficient Accuracy- attention to detail in reporting Sense of responsibility, professionalism and interpersonal skills Must have a sense of priority Must be autonomous as this is a unique position Knowledge of Google Suite PC environment HR Designation/Certification an asset
