Job Description
Our Federal Government client is looking for a Help Desk Specialist to join their team and support their day-to-day desk-side support to all end-user hardware used by over 2000 employees in the NHQ region

Qualifications
Mandatory:

  • Experience with weekly updated asset report
  • Experience with inventory system updated as each piece of equipment is added and/or removed and status updated accordingly
  • Experience with completing warranty claim calls and equipment repaired for distribution
  • Experience with consolidated asset reports and packing slips in records management system
  • Experience with end-user hardware equipment is labeled and identified and is organized, accessible and ready for deployment;
  • Experience with workstation cleanup from empty offices is completed.
