We are fully remote!

Supports our ongoing growth, productivity, and cultural aspects. Sets up appointments and coordinates information for the G&E Specialist and Teams. Works with the G&E Specialist to develop growth strategies in new and existing markets. Coordinates efforts with the Team Onboarding Specialist to make certain that once team is onboarded the team is fully operational very quickly. Is responsible for coordinating the Team’s move to eXp Realty. Coordinates with Canada’s PAB’s to help all Teams are set up correctly.
This position is perfect for someone with significant experience and proven successes in collaboration and coordination with large groups as well as individuals. This person will have an exceptional ability to communicate and direct real estate teams and their agents at a high level. The Growth Administrator tracks and renews all Team Renewals. Developing systems and standard operational procedures with a tireless work ethic is key. This is a position that requires maturity and a willingness and devotion to putting the needs of the Company and its agent/shareholders and customers in a position of utmost importance.

Specific Duties:

    • Collaborates, coordinates and leads all team leaders, Team Admins and team members in the effective and efficient transfer to eXp Realty.
    • Coordinates the transfer of team listings and contracts.
    • Coordinates all team branding needs for compliance with team leads/ admin and Canadian compliance department.
    • Coordinates any classes necessary for all team leaders, members and administrators that may be necessary for Skyslope, FINTRAC, DNCL, agent orientation.
    • Coordinates and follows up with KVcore registration or any other education that may be required.
    • Collaborates and coordinates with the team leader, team administrator, PAB’s and agent onboarding in order to onboard a team on the same day.
    • Increase the number of quality agents throughout Canada.
    • Works with the Canadian Growth and Expansion Specialist, in support of achieving all company strategic growth goals in Canada.
    • Work with the Canadian Growth and Expansion Specialist, to develop and refine written SOP’s and best practices for building culture and agent attraction.
    • Collaborate with Canadian Growth and Expansion Specialist to drive attendance at Virtual and in person sessions and events.
    • Such other duties as may be assigned.

Knowledge & Skills Required:

    • Excellent communication skills written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills in individual and group settings both internal and external. Being fluently bilingual French and English is an asset.
    • Excellent Project Management Strategies.
    • Action-oriented with strong ability to multi-task.
    • Able to drive results and meet goals with a strong sense of urgency.
    • Ability to make quick decisions and solve problems using good judgment.
    • Possess the highest degree of integrity.
    • Willingness to learn new skills when and if needed.

Compensation will be based off of experience with starting salary of CAD$56,500 and offers a comprehensive benefits package.
