The Genesys PureEngage Cloud Azure WWE Developer is responsible for translating the client’s business requirements into specific application designs for large, complex or leading-edge Genesys PEC solutions. This includes working with client personnel to identify functional requirements, lead others in the identification, justification, design and implementation of the client’s contact centre. The candidate must implement custom integrations within Genesys Workspace. Application solutions are based on Genesys PureEngage Cloud Azure and must integrate with Contact Centre Platforms. The ideal candidate has experience developing in agile scrum and thrives in this environment.

• Minimum bachelor’s degree, or equivalent in Software Engineer, Computer Science or closely related field
• Experience in application development lifecycle (Waterfall, Agile Scrum)
• Experience with WWE, CTI, and custom integration.
• 1-3 years of experience with CTI custom integrations on back-end systems such as CRM solutions
• Intermediate coding experience in Java
• Basic contact centre fundamentals knowledge and familiarity with Genesys PureEngage Cloud Azure or on prem experience is a plus
• Knowledge of integration with CRM, WFM/WFO and Call recording solutions i.e., Salesforce, Aspect, and Verint integration is plus
• Excellent communication skills and proven ability in influencing clients, developers, academic and industry partners

• Knowledge of Genesys IVR development environments as asset
• Experience as a technical consultant is an asset
• Working knowledge of contact centre software and hardware, inclusive of security capabilities
• Experience with on-premise contact centre to PureEngage Cloud Azure platform migration
• Legally eligible to work in Canada without sponsorship
