Our team researches, innovates and creates solutions that deliver healthy results for our customers.

General labor take part in operations of the different departments: beef, pork, chicken, marinated, minced meat and sausage. Their role is to produce orders for different customers while respecting safety and hygiene standards. Among the tasks that need to be performed, we have unpacking, scraping, placing in a cup, putting in a basket and supplying the cup. Under the direction of supervisors and team leaders, general labor must perform the various tasks assigned in order to deliver the products ordered.

Principal Accountabilities

• Do the quality control
• Respect health and safety standards
• Respect the different cuts
• Support machine operators
• Product packaginig
  

Qualifications Required

• Must be legally able to work in Canada
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or diploma in butchery (an asset)
• Experience in food processing (an asset)
• Good dexterity
• Ability to work in a cool environment (0-4 Degree)
• Be able to lift loads of 20 to 60 pounds
• Confortable with meats: Beef, Pork & Marinated
