Job Summary

Canada’s oldest fee-only personal financial planning firm (since 1968) requires a financial planning assistant. The successful candidate will work from our offices in Markham and assist the consultant with meeting preparation and interfacing with clients. Applicants must have a good knowledge of personal income taxes, investments and the financial services industry and must be proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel). A knowledge of TaxPrep software is preferred. Excellent communications skills both written and verbal are required as are good organizational skills.

Salary is commensurate with experience. A full benefits package available
