Location: Oakville, ONOverviewThe Executive Assistant provides clerical and administrative support for members of the Senior Leadership Team, primarily the COO, CFO, and VP of Finance. As an integral member of the team, the Executive Assistant will be touchpoint for corporate, customer and other stakeholders. The Executive Assistant will support the Executive Assistant to the CEO in the planning and coordination of meetings, events, and other activities required to facilitate Spark Power’s strategic objectives and ongoing success.Here’s What You Will Do As An Executive Assistant
  • Fully manage and represent the offices of the COO, CFO and VP of Finance – inclusive but not limited to managing an active calendar of appointments, preparing, and proofreading documents and researching information, and arranging travel plans.
  • Engage with key clients and partners to ensure a confidential and professional experience is delivered on behalf of the organization.
  • Assist the Senior Leadership team in functional and operational matters as required.
  • Delegates and follows up of action items that fall within realm of responsibility.
  • Continue to increase knowledge about the operations of the organization with an “ear to the ground” perspective.
  • Prepares and reviews expense reports and reconciliations.
Do you have the Spark? Here’s what we are looking for:
  • A minimum of 3 years experience providing Executive support to C-level executives
  • Completion of a post-secondary program in Business Administration or similar is an asset
  • Advanced experienced with Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point is essential. Experience with NetSuite is an asset.
  • Experienced using video conferencing and web-based applications and other technologies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to pivot and readjust priorities as business needs change
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritize
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Professional oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion in dealing with highly confidential matters
  • Ability to work on site and follow company Covid-19 policies is required
