Dispatcher/Logistics Coordinator

We are an asset-based transportation company that services Canada and USA using dry vans and reefers. We are looking for individuals that would like to join a fast-paced, professional, growing environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage all incoming calls and resolve any customer escalations
• Track and trace
• Data entry
• Perform data entry for importing and exporting documentation
• Liaise with various departments, internally and externally
• Collaborate with the various customers and drivers to solve any logistical problem
• Overseeing the day-to-day logistics and dispatch operations for the company

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English (spoken/written), French is preffered but not mandatory
• Must possess basic computer skills (Outlook, dispatch software, excel, Adobe PDF)
• Relevant experienc experience in the transportation industry if preffered.
• Great communications skills
• Multi-Task is a MUST in our work environment.
• Must be a great team player and help other colleagues to achieve company goals.

Job descrition:

• Full time, Monday to Friday from 8AM to 5PM
• Salary to be discussed according to experience in the field.

Salary: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Laval, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• dispatch or logistics coordinator: 1 year (required)
