Cooke is a global seafood company with operations in North America, Europe, and South America. The Role

As a result of our robust growth throughout North America we are seeking a Director of Sales Operations to join our team. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing, you will oversee the customer service and support functions (inside sales) for North America.

Responsibilities

• Administer and improve the credit and complaints processes
• Develop and support the advancement of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) best practices
• Develop and improve world class sales, inventory and planning processes
• Maintain and standardize Inventory Control processes across North American facilities
• Develop and monitor production plans for value-added/specialty products
• Prepare and execute an annual sales and distribution support plan
• Process owner for sales reporting and analytics
  

Qualifications

• 10 years leadership experience
• Process improvement mindset, designation preferred
• Bachelor or Commerce of Business, MBA preferred
• Advanced MS Office skills (including Excel)
• Advanced communication skills across various audiences
• Detail oriented
• Action oriented
• High Energy, positive attitude
