PURPOSE STATEMENT

The Director of Business Improvement - Global Markets located in Woodbridge, Vaughan, Ontario, will be a responsible for the implementation and integration of the CRM solution. The individual will execute against Sales Effectiveness strategic initiatives across the Global Markets West as needed. This will require tight-knit collaboration with a diverse Enterprise & local team. The individual will be responsible for working with our Global Sales Effectiveness Accelerator Team to implement and evolve our capabilities in key sales technologies and processes. As part of implementation, this role will work with leading vendors and cross functional teams to ensure optimal program performance and standard operating procedures are met, while ensuring efficiency and addressing business needs. This role will be critical in identifying future enhancements to our key platforms and regional sales processes.

Key Accountabilities/Outcomes
  • Represent a specific region and all the relevant functions including sales, marketing, service, and analytics for that region on key platforms like Salesforce.
  • This role will work on gathering requirements across each function, translating the requirements into user stories and bringing these to the overall innovation backlog, working closely with the Global Product Owner.
  • Responsible for feeding the global backlog with Region specific features/enhancements
  • Provides vision and direction to the agile development teams and stakeholders thru development process
  • Collaborates with product management, process owners, technology leaders, and business stakeholders on product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities
  • Would direct regional team resources to manage configurations and activations locally.
  • Responsible for the end-to-end sales processes for the markets in their region
  • Monitor regional process metrics
  • Collaborate closely with G-OPO on opportunities for improvements/enhancements that could improve or impact the global standard
  • Where applicable, collaborate closely with regional product owners to execute against regional technology improvements/enhancements
  • Collaborate closely with upstream and downstream Process Managers/owners
  • Support process implementation and improvement efforts including documentation, OCM, and training

Knowledge/Skills/Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required and master’s preferred in related science/technical field (Engineering, Information Systems)
  • This is a 2-year project-based assignment in Canada. Candidate must be willing and have the ability to relocate internationally within 2 years of service to another Rich Products global operation.
  • Extensive hands-on experience in implementing CRM technology.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven success with creation, strategy and execution of Sales Process implementation
  • Experience and in-depth knowledge of Salesforce
  • Prior experience working with external implementation partners required
  • Efficient and pays attention to tight deadlines and priorities
  • Ability to identify competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical and data-driven; finds meaning in the data and can execute with it
  • Logical thinking and process-driven; ability to design workflows and troubleshoot complex issues, and identify areas for improvement in current processes
  • Focus on accuracy and quality of results, strong attention to detail
  • Provides rapid and exceptional customer service.
  • Requires high level of interpersonal skills, confidentiality and the ability to maintain focus on tasks despite interruptions.
  • Expert level knowledge in project management and design.
  • Ability to manage several projects at the same time while having a solid time/priorities management.
  • Written and verbal communication in English is required
  • Written and verbal communication in Spanish is an asset to this role
  • Compensation for this position will range from CAD$120,000 to CAD$160,000 with a bonus of up to 25%
  • This role provides you the opportunity to enroll you and your eligible dependents in extended health care, dental and vision coverage at no cost to you. You will become eligible for a defined contribution pension plan following one year of employment.
