Compensation is base salary. We also offer paid vacation time, sick/personal days and fully paid benefits after 3 months’ probation (Life, Accidental Death & Disability, Short and Long-Term Disability, Extended Health, Dental, Employee Assistance Program and RRSP Program with company matching your contributions, up to 3% of your salary).

As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, creating, testing, communicating and reporting on email and marketing automation programs to grow demand pipelines, nurture leads, and convert leads to customers for the Video Group of Safe Fleet; you will work with the marketing team to understand the target audience, how they buy, and their buying criteria to develop timely, effective multi-channel marketing campaigns.

You will

  • Manage all aspects of the marketing automation platform (Pardot) including creating email templates, building lists, forms, landing pages, and workflows, maintaining database hygiene, and developing lead scoring and lead nurturing campaigns
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging email copy, digital ads, webinars, and effective landing pages based to drive high-quality leads to meet pipeline and revenue goals
  • Built complex nurture and triggered email campaigns to encourage product awareness, education, and adoption
  • Use email best practices to create and test email templates to ensure effective delivery, open, and click-through rates
  • Work with sales and marketing team to understand the sales cycle, develop messaging and content as appropriate, and ensure efficient, effective lead workflow, distribution and follow-up
  • Implement lead scoring programs to accurately identify sales readiness
  • Establish metrics for lead generation and build, maintain, and manage reports and dashboards to track ROI of marketing activities, campaign effectiveness, pipeline contribution, and overall business performance
  • Work with web developer to track and increase website conversions and execute personalization campaigns
  • Execute on Google AdWords, Facebook, LinkedIn and other digital ad campaigns

You should have

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience developing successful email marketing and demand generation programs for a B2B brand using Pardot, Salesforce.com or equivalent CRM/marketing automation platform
  • Demonstrated knowledge of marketing databases, segmentation, email execution, lead handling, lead nurturing, reporting and analysis
  • Great understanding what drives conversions across markets and channels (paid search, organic search, social, display and email) to maximize campaign performance
  • Experience with set up and ongoing management of SEO, Google AdWords, social media ads and other paid search campaigns
  • Excellent verbal and written communications; with experience developing compelling sales-oriented email copy
