Job Description

Salary of $17.80/h + commission plan

Permanent full-time or part-time positions available

Schedule: 40h/week, 5/7 including weekends

As a Kenny Call Center Agent, you will often be our customers’ first point of contact with the company. As such, you will play the crucial role of Kenny brand ambassador, responsible for creating a remarkable experience for each customer you interact with.

Reporting to our Call Center Supervisor, your day-to-day responsibilities (besides having lots of fun!) will include:
  • Answering incoming calls and general inquiries from customers seeking information on inventory, pricing and how we operate
  • Taking the time to understand the specific needs of each customer and in turn, proposing customized solutions
  • Educating our customers on Kenny products (batteries, tires etc.) and services
  • Guiding our customers through the company website
  • Promoting in-person visits to our various branches and enrolling customers in our "Alert Me" system

Qualifications
  • Minimum of one year’s experience in a similar role
  • Ability to navigate between different computer systems and applications
  • Ability to comply with call center procedures and standards
  • Interest in the automotive field
  • Knowledge of automotive mechanics (great asset)
  • Bilingualism (French and English)
  • Reliability, diligence and punctuality
