Customer Care Associate

Medigas is currently recruiting for a Customer Care Associate. This is a permanent full-time position located in Markham, ON.

Major Responsibilities (Duties may include but are not limited to):

• Greet and assist customers with purchases, inquiries and appointment bookings.
• Inventory control, ordering and replenishment.
• Receive and process client walk-in or phone orders, inquiries, and/or issues covering items or products ordered.
• Booking of CPAP/Walk in CPAP sales.
• Maintenance of showroom displays.
• Accounts payable for store paid vendors.
• Sending ADP forms to physicians and billing center.
  

Qualification

You Will Bring With You To This Position

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a customer care.
• Fluency in English and French an asset.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Strong computer aptitude that include proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
• Team oriented.
• Self-motivated with ability to independently prioritize multiple tasks.
• Ability to adhere to month end deadlines and with short delays.
• Experience in JD Edwards is an asset.
• Retail and merchandising experience.
