Join our growing and fast-paced team at Strategic Group, Calgary, as the Concierge in our new Upten Building. You will focus on high standards by providing exceptional industry-leading tenant assistance. The hours of work for this job are Friday and Saturday 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM. This job is also on-call and vacation coverage.

As our Concierge, you will:

• Provide information on key Strategic contacts
• Always ensure tenant and building safety
• Be the first and main contact for authorities in case of emergency
• Assisting tenants to the best of abilities on requests
• Tour tenants on building amenities on request
• Communicate with day porters on site, building technicians, and Community Manager
• Monitor camera system, and patrol building to ensure building security
