Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a robust PR strategy to grow Levi’s® brand strength among media, influencers and consumers. This includes both local program execution as well as the localization of Global programs into market relevant initiatives across the PR ecosystem.
  • In working closely with the Canadian PR agency: oversee media outreach, media interviews, PR/influencer events, product/sample/image/seeding requests, seasonal product launches, and influencer relations.
  • Work closely with PR agency to build and activate a network of brand ambassadors to drive brand equity, brand values, and key seasonal product stories.
  • Manage the development and localization of press materials including press releases, media alerts, and talking points in partnership with the Global PR Team & PR Agency.
  • Partner with PR Agency to develop regular reporting and timely program recaps.
  • Manage relationships with external partners in media, corporate & fashion industries to maximize brand presence.
  • Manage PR agency briefing and scope of work.
  • Lead the Canadian marketing efforts for collaborations, coordinating with cross-functional partners to ensure KPIs are exceeded. Deliver prompt cross-functional program recaps.
  • Manage the Canadian execution of activations, both physical and digital, across all channels. Oversee the strategy and implementation of integrated marketing programs that deliver on business objectives and Levi’s® brand values.
  • Develop a retail marketing strategy that supports the growth and success of Levi’s Stores, including new store openings, seasonal programs, and local initiatives. Key point of contact for retail marketing within the cross-functional team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to position Levi’s® as the leader in customization and elevate the Tailor Shop consumer experience.
  • Recap, review, analyze and share insights on all marketing programs.
  • Regularly review and analyze the competitive marketplace.
  • Partner with agencies (experiential, PR, social) to bring integrated programs to life.
  • Management PR and activation budgets.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience building robust integrated marketing campaigns, including digital activations, event management, and public relations
  • Strategic thinker with extensive experience managing multi-faceted marketing programs from end-to-end
  • Fashion and/or Retail Marketing experience
  • Experience working with agency partners, developing briefs and managing complex projects on time and on budget
  • Ability to respond to time-sensitive issues outside of typical business hours
  • Strong prioritization, problem solving, project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to quickly analyze and react to timely situations with discretion, tact and diplomacy
